FIELD: heat exchange.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composition for fire-resistant foamed polyurethane used as heat-insulating material for insulation of residential buildings and structures, as well as for making decorative elements of internal finishing of buildings. Said composition contains 11.0–13.5 wt % of polyether polyol, 31.0–36.2 wt % of polyisocyanate, 0.9–1.3 wt % of amine activator triethanolamine, 12.5–15.0 wt % of expanded graphite, water, 10.0–15.0 wt % of melamine phosphate, 12.0–15.0 wt % of modifying additive – zinc carbonate hydroxide and/or zinc borate and/or zinc oxide, 8.6–10.5 wt % of distilled tall oil, 2.0–2.7 wt % of urethane-forming catalyst – 30 % potassium acetate in ethylene glycol, 0.9–1.4 wt % of foaming regulator – Penta 483.

EFFECT: said composition enables to obtain foamed polyurethanes with high fire-resistance, with preservation of heat-insulating properties, with high strength and low values of water absorption.
