FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: shredded combustible shale (CS) is mixed with the ground solid organic component, the temperature of the maximum decomposition rate of the substance differs from the temperature of the maximum decomposition rate of the organic substance of the CS by not more than 5°C. Their pyrolysis is carried out at 450-500°C. The pyrolysis resin separated from the vapour-gas mixture is distilled to produce gasoline, diesel fractions and a distillation residue with a boiling point above 350°C. This residue is mixed with a liquid product of petroleum origin with a boiling point above 350°C, containing an emulsion stabiliser - asphaltenes and 2-6.5% of organic sulfur compounds per elemental sulfur. In the produced mixture, an aqueous solution of the catalyst precursor is emulsified, from which, after mixing the emulsion with hydrogen and heating under hydroconversion conditions, a dispersible sulfide hydroconversion catalyst is formed. After hydroconversion, the liquid hydroconversion product is distilled. The gasoline fraction of hydroconversion is combined with the gasoline fraction produced by distillation of pyrolysis resin, and the diesel fraction produced by hydroconversion with the diesel fraction produced by distillation of pyrolysis resin.
EFFECT: cheapening the technological process, increasing the yield of distillate fractions, reducing the content of heteroatomic compounds in distillate gasoline fractions.
