SUBSTANCE: post is made in the form of a single structure, including a hollow base, a wind generator with a vertical rotation axis attached to its upper surface, and an underground sealed caisson connected to the lower part of the post base, wherein accumulator batteries and a charger are located. At the top of the wind generator there is a platform with a rotary platform with a multispectral video surveillance system, a system for receiving and transmitting data by a radio channel placed on it. Solar panels are located on the lateral outer surface of the base.

EFFECT: increasing the autonomy and mobility of the post, increasing its detection capabilities.
