SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the long borders protection technical means. Post is made of separate modules, provided with portable transportation cases. At that, the batteries and the charger modules are configured to function without being removed from the transportation cases. Batteries module is capable of the mast securing thereon, and the solar cells module is provided with the prefabricated support frame with anchor elements. Own security system module is made in the form of two separate units, equipped with portable transportation cases, the vibration detection means unit for the cable sensitive elements connection and the spiral prefabricated fence unit, on which the vibration sensitive cables are secured. Solar cells are elastically suspended, and the solar cells surface is covered with having photocatalytic and hydrophobic effects coating.

EFFECT: increase in the system deliberate disabling resistance, simplification of the post installation and commissioning process.
