SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubricants used in rolling and sliding bearings used in workshop No.2, bearing units of wagon carriages at the Lubazh brick factory, at a maximum temperature of 900°C. The task, the solution of which is directed to the invention, is to reduce the cost of lubrication and to increase the heat-resistant properties of grease for bearing units of caravans on the basis of silicone fluid with the addition of shungite. High-temperature lubricant for friction, rolling and sliding elements based on silicone fluid contains a multifunctional additive, which includes 1,4-di(N-arylsulfonyl)-2(thiobenzothiazole)benzene, schungite, fluoroplastic, liquid rubber and thickener, with the following component ratio, wt %: thickener - complex calcium soaps 10-15, schungite 5-9, fluoroplastic 4.5-9, liquid rubber 3-6, multifunctional additive 0.5-3, silicone fluid - the rest.

EFFECT: composition of the lubricant makes it possible to increase the service life of industrial units and equipment by 4-6 times.
