FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plastic protective and antifriction lubricants and can be used in friction assemblies of machines and mechanisms operating under conditions of aggressive media and normal and high temperatures, for protection against corrosion and mechanical wear of articles made from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as for preservation of equipment and components of equipment in steel, mining, shipbuilding, machine building and other industries. Plastic protective lubricant includes a mixed thickener, additives – anti-seizing, anti-wear, anticorrosion and antioxidant, acid complex, with the following content of initial components, wt%: over-alkaline calcium sulphonate 35–50; alkylbenzene sulphonic acid 4–8; chalk 1–3; stearic acid 1–3; boric acid 1–3; citric acid 0.5–1.5; calcium hydroxide 1–3; isopropyl alcohol 1–3; technical diphenylamine 0.5–1.5; sulfur-containing anti-seizing additive 1–2; an additive containing zinc dithiophosphate 1–2; base mineral oil up to 100 %; technical diphenylamine is used as an antioxidant additive, which improves lubricant antioxidation stability; mixed thickener is obtained during production of lubricant based on super-alkali calcium sulphonate and complex calcium soap of stearine, citric and boric acids.
EFFECT: using the disclosed lubricant, improved protective and antifriction properties; lubricant can be used at high loads and high humidity.
