SUBSTANCE: electrolysis is carried out in a two-chamber cell, before the electrolysis, the effluents are mixed with sulfuric acid to separate into the aqueous and organic phases, when the acidity of the aqueous phase reaches 20-30 g/l in terms of sulfuric acid, the aqueous phase is separated and fed to the anode chamber of a two-chamber cell, the phase is used as an adipic acid concentrate.
EFFECT: increasing the content of adipic acid in its concentrate while reducing operating costs by reducing the energy consumed and the consumption of cation-exchange membranes in the regeneration of alkali.
