SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of industrial wastes by separation using electrolysis with a membrane and can be used at domestic enterprises for production of caprolactam for the purpose of import substitution of components of lubricants and special liquids. Disclosed is a method of producing an enriched concentrate of carboxylic acids and sodium alkali from caprolactam production effluents. This method involves acidification of effluents with an acidic sulphate agent to form organic and aqueous phases of a given acidity, subsequent separation of phases, electrolysis of aqueous phase in double-chamber membrane electrolysis cell with production of sodium alkali in cathode chamber, and in the anode—acid anolyte, supply of anolyte as an acidifying agent to the stage of mixing with effluents and maintenance of water and salt balance by partial evaporation of water phase. After separation of phases, the organic phase is treated with sulfuric acid in amount of 40–120 g/l with subsequent extraction of enriched concentrate of carboxylic acids, and the formed aqueous solution is added to the acid sulphate agent.

EFFECT: increasing content of target products in concentrate with simultaneous improvement of ecology in production area.
