SUBSTANCE: device contains the set of circular devices, located next to each other. Each of the circular devices carries at least two suspensions, each of which is configured to receive the plurality of annular retaining structural elements. The device includes the loading and unloading device for gripping the ring retaining structural elements from the suspensions and releasing of the ring retaining structural elements at the workstation. By rotating the corresponding circular device each suspension is movable between the working area, located in front of the loading and unloading device and the loading area, facing away from the loading/unloading device.
