FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in the method integrate the converted voltage and determine the periodically repeating integration results at synchronizing moments, and if the integration result of the converted voltage becomes less than the specified level at the synchronization moment, then begin to integrate the stable area pulse, which sign is opposite to the sign of the converted voltage, wherein the mean value of the pulse area is greater according to the absolute value, than any converted voltage from the given range, the stable area pulse is active during the integer number N of synchronization periods, wherein N>1.
EFFECT: reduction of the conversion discrete absolute error into the pulse tracking output frequency code and the expansion of the input voltages range.
