SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment and is designed to convert voltage into pulse frequency. Voltage-to-pulse frequency converter comprises an integrator, a switch, a reference voltage source, a comparator, a bias voltage source, a clock pulse generator, a pulse generator, the first input of which is connected to the output of the clock pulse generator, and the second input is connected to the output of the comparator, while the output is connected to the control input of the switch.

EFFECT: reduced non-uniformity of output pulses positioning in time and expanded the range of input voltages, in which there is no effect of sticking of output pulses.
