SUBSTANCE: device includes polyurethane-coated material in hygienic upholstery made of moisture-proof plywood rectangular base with four pairs of fastening straps placed side by side, a round hole at the edge of the head part on its symmetry axis for fixation and vertical movement of the arm support for the ophthalmic surgeon in the form of a manufactured waterproof plywood covered with polyurethane hygienic upholstery and with a horseshoe-shaped cutout in the middle of a rectangular panel, from the bottom of which, opposite the cutout vertice a round sleeve is located with internal thread for connection of a rack made of tubes with threaded ends of different lengths: short - for connection to the panel, ong - for rack fastening to the device base by two shaped nuts. Belts drawn through the slots in the device base are used as fasteners to fix it to the working surface of the operating table.
