FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: information is collected and processed, which allows to simplify and speed up its perception and detection of threats for a person, and to formalize and automate the process of detecting threats and confirming previously identified threats in a dynamically changing environment with a large number of controlled stationary objects. A method for safety control by a safety control complex installed at a stationary object is provided, containing data registration by means of registration of the safety control complex, determining the geographic coordinates of the stationary object on which the security control complex is installed, to automate the configuration of the mentioned complex and to target the registration means when it is turned on, forming safety frame by dividing the registered data into safety frames, determining the scalar value of the safety level target value for the formed safety frame based on the content of the formed safety frame and the dynamic set of safety level instructions, forming a safety token for each formed safety frame, saving the safety frame and the safety token connected to it and transmitting the safety token to the central subsystem for controlling safety control complexes through the communication network.
EFFECT: increased safety at a stationary object and in its surrounding space.
