SUBSTANCE: during control over safety with safety control system mounted on vehicle, data are continuously recorded by safety control system recording device. Determining vehicle geographic coordinates. Generating safety frames by recorded data splitting into safety frames, forming continuous sequence in time. Safety frame comprises part of recorded data, corresponding to certain period of time, with binding to vehicle geographical coordinates. In real time determining scalar value of safety level check value for generated safety frame based on generated safety frame content and dynamic set of instructions for determining safety level, stored in said system. Generating safety marker for each generated safety frame, wherein safety marker is connected with said safety frame and includes certain scalar value safety level check value, safety frame period of time and vehicle geographic coordinates for said safety frame period of time. Storing safety frame and associated with it safety marker in said safety control system data storage facility. Safety marker is transmitted to safety control systems control system central unit via communication network. Disclosed also are safety monitoring method, safety control systems network control system, safety control system.

EFFECT: enabling efficient increase of safety level at vehicles due to methods of data collection and processing, which make it possible to simplify and accelerate for human perception and detection of threats, as well as formalize and automate threats detecting and previously identified threats confirmation process in dynamically varying environment with large number of controlled vehicles.
