FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: compensation of drift of zero signals from gyroscopic sensors is achieved through the isolation of compensating signal from the measured signal, measured by results of its comparison to a specified level and subsequent adjustment of the measured signal by using the isolated compensating signal. The isolation of compensating signal is carried by filtering the measured signal, accumulating the filtered signal, its averaging, comparing with the specified level, accumulating an array of the isolated signal, its averaging, predicting, comparing the predicted signal with a specified level and based on the results of the comparison when exceeding the specified level of the signal as a compensating signal a predicted signal is adopted, and when the specified level of the signal is not exceeded, the predicted signal is not adopted as compensating. The invention allows to solve the problem by compensating the drift of zero signal during the operation of the device by isolating a zero signal from the measured signal according to the results of a comparison of the measured signal at a specified level, predicting the compensating signal, controlling its level and subsequent adjustment of the measured signal by using the isolated compensating signal. The studies have shown that through the use of the proposed invention they managed to almost by a number exponent reduce accumulated angle error of the relative bearing in micro-mechanical gyroscope STIM-210 of Norwegian company Sensonor.
EFFECT: increase of measurement accuracy.
