FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrumentation and can be used in the construction of uniaxial and triaxial meters of angular velocities and linear accelerations with digital information output. Essence of the disclosed solution is that by digital filtering of the noise component in inertial sensors by separating from the sensor output signal at a given time interval of its average value, determining in a subsequent time interval the sign of the noise component relative to the average value of the output signal determined in the previous time interval, and subtracting the noise component of the given value from the sensor output signal based on its sign, at that, preliminary averaging of sensor output signal is additionally carried out, obtained result is subtracted from average value of output signal, determined on working filtration interval, and compared with permissible value for further filtration by their modulus difference, if this value is exceeded, further filtration is not performed. If observing a given limitation, filtration of the output signal of the sensor is carried out by subtracting the difference between the instantaneous and average values of the output signal from the output signal, wherein the delay of switching on the filter for a given time is introduced.
EFFECT: technical result when implementing the disclosed solution consists in improvement of quality of digital filtration of noise component of output signal of inertial sensors.
