SUBSTANCE: zoom/focus changing device comprises: the first lens focus tube, in which the first group of the focusing lens is mounted; the first lens tube with a variable focal length, in which the first group of a lens with a variable focal length is installed; the first ultrasonic motor, the rotor rotation axis of which is coaxial with the first lens focus tube; and the second ultrasonic motor, the rotor rotation axis of which is coaxial with the first lens focus tube; the stator of the first ultrasonic motor being the first fixing tube; the stator of the second ultrasonic motor is the first fixing tube.
EFFECT: simplifying the lens installation, miniaturizing the device.
