FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: mine object monitoring system includes, at least, one central controller with associated software located outside the shaft and connected via wires to a plurality of readers located at fixed retransmission sites throughout the shaft, which in turn are connected by two-way high-frequency wireless communication with a set of transponders (tags) attached to monitoring objects located in the mine. Each transponder is combined with a low-frequency alarm receiver and operates in a request mode containing a countdown code and a response time calculation code within the waiting interval.
EFFECT: system improves the reliability of communication by using and duplicating two channels, high-frequency and low-frequency, while ensuring the tracking of a large number of objects.
