SUBSTANCE: assembly comprises a mill cutting section comprising at least one cutting element elongated along the axis of engagement lever and orientation and locking mechanism at the distal end of the engagement lever, a guiding system comprising a tubular body of the cutting mill, in which there is an opening made on a tubular body portion of the cutting mill having a groove formed along the hole length portion, an elongated movable guide lever extending from the tubular body the cutting mill and disposed along the axis, a guide node adapted to slidably receive the movable guide lever. The guide node comprises a tubular body, which part forms a cylindrical section and locking connection.
EFFECT: increases the positioning accuracy and orientation of the window openings, easier regulation of the cutting mill.
