SUBSTANCE: for ex vivo determination of patient's cells sensitivity to drugs, the whole sample (without preliminary purification and separation) of the hematologic tumour is divided into 35-100 aliquots to which drug compositions containing cytotoxic and non-cytotoxic compounds or combinations thereof are added. A cytometric platform is used to measure apoptosis or decrease in the number of malignant cells in the cell population. The manifestation of apoptosis of malignant cells is prescribed in the action of non-cytotoxic drugs.
EFFECT: invention provides ex vivo testing for any number of possible combinations of drugs with subsequent polytherapeutic treatment.
