Each coil is wound on the outer side of the circumferential wall and the first ribs of each of the teeth. The ring elements cover the cavities from the distal end side of the teeth. The first hole and the second hole are formed in a plate-like wall. The bending channel contains a lacquer introduced through the injection hole.
