FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical machines. Stator casing manufacturing method relates to the machine with permanent magnets and axial magnetic flux, having stator containing the set of windings wound on the corresponding stator rods, and rotor carrying the set of permanent magnets and installed with possibility of rotation about the said axis. Method consists in the following: making the radial wall for the said stator casing, to be arranged in the said gap between the said rotor and the said stator due to the fact that: providing membrane from the fiber-reinforced polymer material; pressing in set of the said stator rods into the said fiber-reinforced polymer membrane forming the said polymer, at that, the said reinforcement decelerates the said stator rods pushing through the said membrane; curing the said polymer for the said set of stator rods holding in their corresponding positions; and making the said casing by using the said radial wall.
EFFECT: enabling minimum losses in the air gap with high magnetic resistance.
