SUBSTANCE: modular chimney system with insulation includes a chimney module made according to "pipe in pipe" principle, comprising an outer metal barrel made in the form of a cylinder and an inner metal gas-exhaust tube made cylindrical, located coaxially to the chimney axis module, installed with a gap relative to each other, filled with a heat-insulating material in the form of expanded perlite and equipped with gaskets closing said gap at the top and the bottom, and made of steel sheet by lap joints, wherein the outer surfaces of the outer metal barrel and the inner metal gas-exhaust pipe at connection sections are equipped with restrictors in the form of projections (swages) arranged on the outer surfaces of the outer metal barrel and the inner metal gas-exhaust pipe. The modular chimney system comprises at least two chimney modules, in each of which the heat-insulating material additionally contains a silicone water-repellent agent in an amount not less than 5% at the overall ratio of 95% of expanded perlite and 5% of the silicone water-repellent agent, and the gaskets are represented by padding from mullite-silica wool based on alumina and silica sand and installed plugs of stainless steel, tightly clamping the padding; in addition, one of the chimney modules on one side is connected to the chimney end, and on the other side - to an outlet with the ability to attach a second chimney module with a heating appliance through a tee; in addition, fastening and tightening clamps are made for fixing the modular system; wherein the outer barrel and the inner gas-exhaust pipe of each chimney module, the chimney end, the outlet, the tee, the fastening and tightening clamps are made of stainless steel.
