FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: kochetov composite injector for liquid atomization contains a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core. The body has the fluid feed channel and includes the rigidly coupled therewith sleeve with nozzle fixed in its lower part. The nozzle is made in the form of a cylindrical two-stage sleeve. Upper cylindrical stage of sleeve through is connected by means of a threaded connection to the central core. The core is installed with an annular gap relative to internal surface of cylindrical sleeve. The annular gap communicates with the radial channels. To the central core, in its lower part, the sprayer is rigidly attached. The sprayer is made in the form of a truncated cone and attached by its top base to the base of the cylinder of central core, and an impeller is attached to the lower base of truncated cone by spokes. The impeller is made in the form of an end round plate whose edges are bent towards the annular gap. Throat hole is made in the impeller. External solid diffuser is attached to the central core so that the output section of the annular gap is not blocked, connected to, at least, three radial channels made in nozzle two-stage sleeve.
EFFECT: fine-dispersed liquid sprayer efficiency increase.
