FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic injector for spraying liquids contains a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core. The body is made with fluid feed channel and includes the rigidly coupled therewith sleeve with nozzle fixed in its lower part. The nozzle is designed in the form of cylindrical two-step sleeve, whose upper cylindrical step is connected by means of the thread joint with the central core, having central hole and installed with annular gap relatively to the internal surface of the cylindrical sleeve. The annular gap is communicated with three radial channels made in two-step sleeve, communicating it with circular cavity formed by sleeve inner surface and outer surface of upper cylindrical step. The circular cavity is connected with body channel for liquid supply. To the central core, in its lower part, a diffuser is rigidly attached, made in the form of a truncated cone. The sprayer is attached by its top base to the base of the cylinder of the central core, and impeller is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone of sprayer by spokes, which is made in the shape of an end round plate whose edges are bend toward the annular gap and on the outside side surface of truncated cone there are spiral grooves. Throat hole is made in the impeller. An external solid diffuser is attached to the central core in such a way that the output section of the annular gap is not blocked.
EFFECT: fine-dispersed liquid sprayer efficiency increase.
