FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: membrane gas separation module comprises: a hollow fiber element having a hollow fiber bundle consisting of several hollow fiber membranes and a tube array located at the end of the hollow fiber bundle for securing the hollow fiber membranes; a body having an opening for inserting or extracting the hollow fiber element therethrough; a protective element having a gas outlet formed therein and secured to cover a body opening; and a perforated plate having several through holes for forming gas channels therein, the perforated plate is positioned between the tube array and the protective element; at that the membrane gas separation module is designed to separate gases by supplying mixed gas to the hollow fiber membranes, while the perforated plate has: (a) a flat portion on the surface near the protective element, at that, after installation the flat portion is configured to contact the protective element; and (b) a channel-forming recessed portion that is formed at a portion of the surface closer to the protective element than the flat portion to form the gas channel; (c) a through-hole extending on the flat portion and the recessed portion to form a channel in the perforated plate a top view, so that the through-hole can communicate with the channel-forming recessed portion.

EFFECT: retain deformation of the perforated plate.
