SUBSTANCE: sectors are pivotally mounted on the drive shaft. At one end of the hinge arms, cylindrical flat hinges are formed, which are mounted in the axial closed grooves along the outer cylindrical surface of the bushing, abut against the ends of the axial closed grooves and into the rim of the casing embracing the cylindrical flat hinges. Each holder is fastened to the bushing using a union nut mounted on the threaded part of the bushing. The ring stop of the union nut interacts periodically with the annular stop of the power nut mounted on the drive shaft threads, and the axial closed grooves are made at an angle to the axis of the drive shaft rotation.
EFFECT: creating a device for assembling rubber-cord shells of ballon type of small diameter with clincher beads.
