SUBSTANCE: in compliance with first version, proposed packer comprises ring seal with plate thrusts mounted at the pipe, mechanical anchor and telescopic lock. Said anchor comprises spring-loaded friction slips, releasing rifled cams with return springs interacting with the cone fitted for axial displacement. Between cone and ring seal moving bush is fitted and connected with the cone. Bush opposite end has plate-like ledge and bead thrusting in hemispherical bocks fitted in circular groove made at the pipe to allow free arrangement of ring seal between said thrusts to packer fit in the well and possibility of displacement towards the cone through the distance equal, at least, to the ring seal compression wit radial expansion to tight uncoupling of the well space. Pressure thrust is connected with the flange while retaining second hemisphere blocks are fitted in circular groove on opposite side of ring seal. Telescopic lock comprises multi-way closed labyrinth groove interacting with floating pin to allow lengthwise and circulars displacements. Floating pin is secured in the slider articulated with T-like ring groove made in the ring secured to shell by pins and coupling nut. Pipe surface has lengthwise blind channel accommodating power cable and provided with ring seal and lengthwise blind groove accommodating lock pins secured in the cartridge and cone to prevent possible turns of components that can cause cable damages. Second packer differs from the first one in that retainer pin in blind lengthwise groove preventing cartridge turn on the pipe is secured in the ring connected to cartridge end by pins and coupling nut.
