The field-forming layer (1a-1d; 1e-1f) comprises several elements (1) made of magnetizable material. The adjacent elements (1a, 1b; 1a, 1c) are arranged at a distance (gaps 2) from each other.
EFFECT: use of magnetizable material to shield a part of the environment.
