SUBSTANCE: invention relates to highway (19a for vehicles moving over the road surface (1), first of all, for vehicles. Highway (1) comprises multiple moulded units (304 adapted to locate and/or retain the multiple sections of one or more electric lines (37a, 37b, 37c). Every moulded unit comprises the recesses (41, 42) making the spacings and/or ledges that confine the space for accommodation of one of the line sections. Electric line or lines (37a, 37b, 37c) extend through said spaces. Said electric line or lines (37a, 37b, 37c) extend along the road surface (19a) and/or approximately in the traffic direction. Moulded units (4) and electric line of lines (37a, 37b, 37c) rest on the road base ply (31). Moulded units (304) and electric line of lines (37a, 37b, 37c) are coated with cover ply (35) of the road (19a). The cover layer material (35) is located at the road area on one side from the moulded units (4) so that said units (4) and cover layer (35) make the integrated layer over the base layer (31). Claimed invention discloses the construction of said road.
