FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a panel and to a method for producing a panel, in particular a wall, ceiling, or floor panel, with an improved surface coating, as well as a method for producing such a panel. The panel (10) comprises a load-carrying plate (11), which has a front side and a reverse side. The load-carrying plate (11), at least on the front side, comprises a layer system consisting of various polymer layers with various hardness values. The layer system, starting from the front side, comprises a first elastic layer made of an aliphatic polymer having a first elastic layer S1, made of an aliphatic polymer having a thickness ranging from 20 mcm to 600 mcm, and a Martens hardness MS1, lying in the range from 0.5 N/mm2 up to 120 N/mm2. The layer system also comprises a second layer S2, made of a polymer having a thickness ranging from 10 mcm to 180 mcm, and a Martens hardness MS2, wherein MS2>MS1. Between the face and the layer S1, a decorative layer (18) containing printing ink is additionally provided, and a third elastic layer S3 is provided between the face and the decorative layer, having a Martens hardness MS3, wherein MS3≤MS1. The method for manufacturing the panel comprises the following stages in the order indicated: (a) manufacturing a load-carrying plate; (b) applying a sublayer from a liquid irradiation-cured aliphatic acrylate, which after hardening has a Martens hardness MS1lying in the range from 0.5 N/mm2 up to 120 N/mm2; (c) at least partially curing the underlayer from the liquid irradiation-cured aliphatic acrylate applied iat stage (b) by means of irradiation; (d) optionally repeating stages (b) and (c) until obtaining s first elastic layer S1 with a thickness ranging from 20 mcm to 600 mcm. In addition, the method comprises: (e) applying a sublayer from a liquid irradiation-cured acrylate, which after hardening has a Martens hardness MS2, wherein MS2> MS1; (f) at least partially curing the underlayer from the liquid irradiation-cured aliphatic acrylate applied at stage (e) by means of irradiation; (g) optionally repeating stages (e) and (f) until obtaining a second layer S2 with a thickness ranging from 10 mcm to 180 mcm. Before the stage (b), a primer coating layer is applied, and a decorative layer is printed thereon. Between the face and the decorative layer, the third elastic layer S3, having a Martens hardness MS3, wherein MS3≤MS1.
EFFECT: economy, panel manufacture easiness, good durability.
