FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of processing a plate made from polyvinylchloride, a heat-treated panel and a method of making the panel. Method of processing a board from polyvinyl chloride involves the following steps: making a slab of polyvinyl chloride, heating the slab from polyvinyl chloride in the furnace to at least 70 °C. Plate is heated with a heating gradient, on the average lying in range from 4 °C/min to 15 °C/min. Then, heated plate cooling. Plate is cooled controlled, namely—with cooling gradient, on the average lying in range from 5 °C/min to 15 °C/min.
EFFECT: present invention aims at increasing the resistance of plates to sunlight and heat load.
