FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: double-acting shock absorber comprises plates, springs and an axle. The springs are tightly fitted on the axle and fixed by one end on plates, respectively. The plates are mounted on the axle for turning. The springs have different rigidity. At least one spring is made of wire of rectangular section. The axle is made with a radial groove. The radial groove is made in form of a clamp.
EFFECT: simplified design and improved reliability.
