FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for locking of vehicle doors, mainly, a passenger car. When the door is closed, latch 1 tooth starts to interact with the door opening locking element 3, causing it to turn clockwise. When the latch is rotated, the arms of lever 5 are lowered, and after latch 1 is moved to a certain angle, a drive of worm 8 starts, which starts to rotate, moving downwards. Reaction force caused by action of axial force of worm tends to turn gear wheel 9 and rotor 10 fixed to it counterclockwise, forcing rolling body 17 to rest against wedging surface 12 and to lock rotor. Fixed state of gear wheel 9 forces rotary worm 8 to move along its axis and press on lever 5, turning by means of latch 1. After the lever arms are on the horizontal, latch 1 will reach the locking position, the door will be pressed to the seal, and the worm drive will switch off. To unlock the lock and to open the door, button 24 is pressed, as a result of which stop 15 turns about the axis and releases end 14 of cantilever beam 13. Further, due to forces acting on latch 1 side, lever arms 5 and worm 8 are lifted, which starts turning gear wheel 9 together with rotor 10 counterclockwise. Rotating, the rotor carries away rolling element 17, which rolls along the jamming surface of beam 13, lifts it together with end 14. Having reached the groove wall, the rolling body slips without preventing the further rotation of rotor 10 with gear wheel 9 counterclockwise to the unlocking position. By rotation of worm 8 in reverse direction it is possible to unlock the lock remotely, at that to slightly open the door due to elastic force of compressed seal or to open completely, for example, door of luggage compartment by means of additional drive.
EFFECT: invention objective is to simplify the design, increase its reliability and improve operational characteristics.
