FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: diesel-generator undercar set (DUS) is installed in an all-weather heat and sound insulation container with a system of heaters, which is located under the car on the brackets. Leak resistance inside the container is ensured. DUS design comprises a container with a carrier frame and assembly covers, an electrical generator unit based on a diesel engine, a battery with a charger, an electrical heater of diesel oil with a thermostat, a starting preheater, shock absorbers/vibration dampers, an exhaust pipe with a compensator and a deafener, a fuel consumed tank, three sets of blinds, an autonomous firefighting control system, a fire-extinguishing aerosol generator, a box with electrical equipment, connection sockets, connecting cables with DUS control console, grounding cables, cables of signalling and starting the fuel filling and an oil disposal pump from the diesel sump.

EFFECT: increased power supply of the car.
