Abstract RU 2662800 C1

FIELD: electrical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment. According to the invention, the modular container type automated power plant (MCAPP) includes housing made in the form of thermally insulated container module with door opening, hatches, openings and channels, fuel system, air ventilation and heating equipment, main and emergency power supply systems, consisting of the local distribution panel, storage battery, supplying the consumers lines and sockets, and power and control cables. In addition, the MCAPP includes controlled and powered from the local distribution panel main and emergency lighting system, and fire extinguishing and security alarm system. At that, the housing floor is made of frame and grating, walls and ceiling are provided with drain holes and grooves. At that, the floor grating is filled, and the walls and ceiling are covered with the heat and sound insulation material, made of non-flammable material cable ducts are routed along the floor and walls. Diesel generator set is fixed to the frame by means of equipped with anti-vibration devices attachment points, and is equipped with the electronic control panel, configured to automatically control the diesel generator set. At that, the gas exhaust system comprises brought out via the housing openings exhaust pipe, bellows expansion joint and muffler, installed with possibility of dismantling in the transport and installed in the operating positions. Fuel system includes filler neck, hand pump for the fuel transfer from external tanks. Wherein, the supply tank is made with the tray, is located near the doorway inside the housing, and is connected to the direct and return fuel pipelines, protected by the metal box and routed along the floor fuel supply ducts. Air ventilation and heating equipment universal air valves and exhaust duct fan are installed outside the housing in the manhole openings, equipped with metal grids and protective covers, open in the operational and closed in the transport positions.

EFFECT: increase in the MCAPP operation safety, reliability, as well as reduced noise.
