SUBSTANCE: method of enabling the device to handle the initial population and the use of Natural Language Compiler (NLC) system to translate a sentence from the source language into the target language using syntactic and semantic descriptions of the original sentence, building a vector of quality assessments, replacing several parameters in the vector of parameters on the corrected parameters, wherein the replacement of several parameters includes a random selection of the first parameter of the vector of parameters and correction of the first parameter to obtain the first corrected parameter. Calculating the quality assessment for the first corrected parameter, comparing the quality assessment for the first corrected parameter with the quality assessment for the first corrected parameter, replacing the first parameter to the first corrected parameter if the quality assessment for the first corrected parameter is better than the quality assessment for the first parameter.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of text analysis in a natural language.
