FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of the nanofiltration separation of liquid organic mixtures, in particular to the separation of large molecules of organic substances from organic solvents using membranes, and can be used in the chemical and petrochemical industries, particularly in the process of separating and recycling a homogeneous catalyst with a relative molecular weight higher 300 in the process of organic synthesis, in particular the process of hydroformylation. Nanofiltration separation of liquid organic mixtures is carried out by forcing mixtures - solutions of compounds with a relative molecular weight above 300 in organic solvents - through a flat membrane based on the 1-trimethylsilyl-1-propene copolymer (TMSP) and 1-(3,3,3-trifluoropropyldimethylsilyl)-1-propyne (TFPS). The membrane is characterized by a free volume fraction of 19-21% and insolubility in aldehydes and olefins. As solvents, aldehyde compounds are used, a version is possible, where the mixture further comprises a solvent of the olefin class.
EFFECT: increasing the membrane stability in aldehydes and olefins, increasing the retention coefficient of large organic molecules.
