FIELD: ion-exchange two-layer membrane manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing an ion-exchange two-layer membrane, which consists in the fact that a solution of a perfluorosulfopolymer in lithium form in a solvent - dimethylformamide with a mass fraction in a solution of 7.2%, a volume of 10.0-34.0 ml is poured into a glass mold with a flat bottom and incubated for 2.0-6.6 hours until the liquid is evenly distributed over the surface of the mold, followed by the removal of air bubbles, then the mold with the liquid is subjected to heating at a temperature of 55.0-60.0°C until the solvent completely evaporates to obtain the first layer of the membrane, then poly-1-trimethylsilyl-1-propyne in an amount of 0.1-10.0% by weight of the used perfluorosulfopolymer is dissolved in 1.6-5.4 ml of carbon tetrachloride when heated to 30.0-35.0°C, obtained the solution in bulk is evenly applied to the first layer of the membrane, heated to a temperature of 55.0-60.0°C, the solvent is evaporated at the indicated temperature to obtain a membrane, which is dried until the mass stabilizes at a temperature of 80.0-120.0°C to removal of the residual solvent for 1.0-5.0 hours, and the formed two-layer membrane with the thickness of the first layer exceeding the thickness of the second layer is removed from the surface of the glass mold.
