FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in the method for two-level suppression of torque moment pulsations of three-phase ac electronic reactor motor, the first set of torque thresholds is set in the interval [0°, θr/3] positions of rotor; the second set of torque thresholds is set in the interval [θr/3, θr/2] positions of rotor; power is supplied to adjacent phase A and phase B for excitation. The power signal, supplied for excitation to phase A, is ahead of the power signal, supplied for excitation to phase B, by θr/3. Phase A is off, while phase B is on. The entire switching process from phase A to phase B is divided into two intervals. In the interval [0°, θ1], phase A uses the second set of torque thresholds, while phase B uses the first set of torque thresholds. Critical position θ1 automatically occurs during the switching process, thereby eliminating the need for additional computations. The total torque moment is controlled in the interval [Te+th2low, Te+th2up]. In the interval [θ1, θr/3], the phase A continues to use the second set of torque thresholds, phase B continues to use the first set of torque thresholds, and the total torque is controlled in the interval [Te+th1low, Te+th1up]. This suppresses the torque pulsations of the three-phase ac reaction electric motor.
EFFECT: ensuring a smooth control of the output torque at maximum range without regard to the impact of the main power switch phase off angle on torque control efficiency.
