SUBSTANCE: transmucosal introducing system of the pharmaceutical active agent is described, comprising a suspension containing 30-60 wt % of the active agent selected from the group consisting of idebenone, decilubihinone and ubiquinone, and 40-70 wt % of polyalcohol and/or a cellulose derivative as a carrier, wherein the system is a mucoadhesive film dissolved in the mouth.
EFFECT: idebenone concentration in blood after introduction via the tunica mucosa of mouth is significantly higher compared to the oral introduction.
