METHOD OF TREATMENT OF DISSEMINATED SCLEROSIS AND DEGENERATIONS OF NERVOUS SYSTEM Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, particularly, neurology. SUBSTANCE: method includes administration to patient of daily taking of preparations intensifying mitochondrial oxidation in therapeutical doses; placing of patient into therapeutic pressure chamber; compression up to attaining excessive pressure of 0.03-0.1 abs. atm. and in 10-20 min seance is discontinued with performance of decompression; repetition of compression up to 4-10 seances. Parameters of treatment conditions and their number are selected individually depending on severity and nature of disease under control of dynamic of neurologic status, capnogramma and/or AAM. Treatment course are repeated twice a year and more frequency in cases of state aggravation under control of POL, immune status, induced brain potentials and electroencephalogram. In acute period of autoimmune inflammation, offered methods is combined with hormones, cytostatics and immunomodulators in does less than usually practised under control of immune status.
