Then, 6-12 hours after the enzyme preparation is applied, smears are made and their microscopic examination is performed to identify trichomonads.

EFFECT: significant reduction in the duration laboratory diagnosis of trichomoniasis from blood, improved accuracy of trichomoniasis diagnosis more complete lysis of the form elements of peripheral blood and reduced consumption of enzymatic preparation.
