SUBSTANCE: method for urogenital trichomoniasis diagnosis includes collection of peripheral blood, its preparation and enzymatic destruction of the peripheral blood elements by adding an enzymatic preparation of proteolytic action Wobenzim once in the form of a 0.1-0.5% aqueous solution to the blood sample in a 1:1 ratio. Then, 6-12 hours after the enzyme preparation is applied, smears are made and their microscopic examination is performed to identify trichomonads.
EFFECT: significant reduction in the duration laboratory diagnosis of trichomoniasis from blood, improved accuracy of trichomoniasis diagnosis more complete lysis of the form elements of peripheral blood and reduced consumption of enzymatic preparation.
