FIELD: medicine, gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: one should determine the presence of clinical signs, such as: discomfort, symptoms of inflammation, secreta. While performing microscopy of vaginal smears one should detect leukocytic reaction, availability of the layers of intermediate epithelial cells, the presence of single lactobacterial forms in case of large-bacillary coccal flora. One should perform pH-metry of vaginal secreta and aminotest. At pH value ranged 4.5-5.5 and negative aminotest it is possible to diagnose aerobic vaginitis. The method enables to simplify diagnostics.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
