FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a microchip placed on the substrate and a loop antenna the terminals of which are connected to the microchip terminals, as well as a capacitor connected in parallel to the loop antenna and forming with it the antenna of the device in the form of a resonant circuit. The substrate is made in the form of a rolled ring ribbon from a flexible dielectric material on the outer surface of which a strip of conductive material is applied, forming the loop antenna, which, together with a microchip is covered with a protective coating forming a sealed enclosure. The end of the internal coil of the substrate is provided with a projection, which is folded to the outer loop of the substrate, and the strip of the conductive material deposited thereon is electrically connected to the strip of the conductive material applied to the outer end of the substrate coil. Capacitor plates are expanded sections of the conductive material placed on either side of the strip of the conductive material under the protrusion at the end of the inner substrate coil.
