FIELD: automotive engineering.
SUBSTANCE: windshield wiper has a wind-deflecting device 22a. According to the invention, the wind-reflecting device 22a is made by a coextrusion method and has two wind-reflecting elements 32a, 34a, differing from each other in terms of their rigidity, and a carrier 10a comprising a carrier 12a with a longitudinally-guiding channel 14a for guiding the elastic element 16a to be placed therein. The carrier 12a is designed to connect the wind-reflecting device 22a, the elastic element 16a and the rubber band 40a of the wiper blade with geometric circuit, and has, at least, one fastening element 18a, 20a for securing the wind-reflecting device 22a in the assembled state with a positive circuit. The carrier 12a has a longitudinal opening 84a, by which the longitudinal guide channel 14a is open in a direction towards the wind-deflecting device 22a.
EFFECT: stability of the wind-reflecting device and economical manufacture of the windshield wiper.
