SUBSTANCE: invention discloses the communication method performed by user equipment (UE) (301) in the mixed network (300): the cellular and the device communication with device (D2D) and UE. The method comprises the step of communicating in a mixed network in accordance with a radio frame structure, wherein the radio frame structure comprising at least one subframe D2D having a guard period (GP) at the end or at the beginning of the subframe D2D.

EFFECT: providing a guarantee that the user equipment in the mixed network, cellular and device communication with the device, can work properly when transferring between the cellular subframe and the RX D2D subframe or between the subframe TX D2D and the subframe RX D2D.
