FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: dosing mixer with magnetic fluid control elements is designed for automatic mixing of components in required proportions and dosed feed of their mixture. The operation principle of the dosing mixer with magnetic fluid control elements is based on pulse creation of reduced pressure zone in the working chamber 5 by high-frequency pulsation of pressure electromagnetic component in the cavity filled with magnetic liquid 4 and separated from the working chamber by a flexible membrane 3. This results in current of mixture components from supply channels 2 into the working chamber 5, where under the action of high-frequency pressure pulsation the components are mixed. To ensure dosed supply of mixture components, blocking of their reverse outflow and preventing uncontrolled outflow of finished mixture, the design employs magnetic liquid valves 6, 7, 8 arranged in supply and delivery channels 2, 13. The control of opening degree of magnetic liquid valves and the pressure in the cavity filled with magnetic fluid is realized by electromagnets 9, 10, 11, 12. In the presence of control magnetic field, a change of the shape of elastic shut-off elements of the magnetic liquid valves 6, 7, 8 and the electromagnetic component of pressure in the cavity filled with magnetic liquid 4 occurs. The supply of mixture components located in supply channels 2 to the working chamber 5 is realized at the moment of disconnection of annular electromagnet 10 controlling the cavity, which is filled with magnetic liquid, and the pressure drop in the working chamber 5 if the magnetic liquid valves 6, 7 arranged in the supply channels 2 is open and the magnetic liquid valve 8 located in the pressure channel 13 is closed. The opening of the magnetic liquid valves 6, 7 occurs when the voltage is applied to the ring electromagnets 11, 12, and closure of magnetic liquid valve 8 occurs when supply of the ring electromagnet 9 is switched off. The finished mixture is supplied at the moment of activation of annular electromagnet 10 which controls the cavity filled with magnetic liquid and pressure rise in the working chamber 5, if the magnetic liquid valve 8 located in the pressure channel 13 is open and magnetic liquid valves 6, 7 in the supply channels 2 are closed. For closing the magnetic liquid valves 6, the voltage on the ring electromagnets 11, 12 is switched off, and the magnetic liquid valve 8 is powered by the ring electromagnet 9 to pen the magnetic liquid valve 9.
EFFECT: increased reliability, service life of mixer-batchers and accuracy of components and mixtures dosage.
