FIELD: power engineering, chemical, food, medicine and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed pump is designed for automatic metering in technological processes, particularly for metering out additives in process of waste oil reclamation. Proportioning pump has coupled with piston of hydraulic motor, feed and delivery valves installed in feed and delivery main lines, respectively. Distributor inter acts with piston of hydraulic motor. Delivery main line is coupled with suction main line at one side of which reservoirs arranged, and at other side, hydraulic motor drive pump whose outlet is coupled with hydraulic motor by main line through distributor. Distributor is furnished with two double-acting valves arranged in channels communicating at one side with space of hydraulic motor, and at other side they are interconnected by channel. Pressure main line is laid to one valve channel from pump outlet and main line connected with other drive space of hydraulic motor is laid to other valve channel. Operating medium discharge main line is connected with channel laid to valve guide. Valve stems are rigidly interconnected by rod connected with lever for travel in slots arranged symmetrically relative to each other inside lever. Second lever is connected with rod for turning relative to rod. Travel stop is found at opposite end of rod. Travel is located inside space made in piston of hydraulic motor. Lock is installed at space outlet. Two levers are braced by flexible member and are installed on support rigidly secured on hydraulic motor housing for turning around support.
