FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: lens includes longitudinal and transversal elements, a focusing node located therein on the optical axis, a backlash-free linear movement with a carriage installed on the housing, a mirror installed on the carriage, a rod drive of the movement, one end of which is connected with the housing, and the other one - with the carriage, and a main mirror secured to the housing. The focusing node is also installed on the carriage, the guiding movements are installed at an angle ϕ to the optical axis of the lens, found from the equation given in the formula of the invention, and the actuator rod of the movement is made of a material with a large coefficient of linear expansion and is fixed so that moves the carriage, compensating thermal change of the housing dimensions.

EFFECT: simultaneous stabilization of the focus position and the sighting axis with the temperature changes and simplification of the design of the thermocompensator assembly while maintaining the operating temperature range.
